IRC is the old, large chat system on the Internet.
I only hangs on IRCnet although most of the metalchannels have been
taken and only accepts invited users. But there are some left
like #metalhell and #heavymetal.
On Undernet there are some more, #metallica, #blackmetal, #metal and more.
